Cuando recordamos un evento dif\u00edcil, la am\u00edgdala (el centro de alarma del cerebro) se activa, disparando una respuesta de lucha, huida o congelaci\u00f3n.<\/p><p>El \u00abTapping\u00bb consiste en dar suaves golpecitos con los dedos en puntos espec\u00edficos de las terminaciones nerviosas de los meridianos energ\u00e9ticos de nuestro cuerpo mientras sintonizamos con el problema. Al hacer esto, enviamos una se\u00f1al de calma mec\u00e1nica al cerebro medio.
