qu\u00e9 se siente, sino en c\u00f3mo nos relacionamos con lo que sentimos.<\/p><p>El Focusing implica una actitud de presencia, respeto y relaci\u00f3n con la experiencia corporal y emocional, especialmente con aquellos aspectos que suelen ser evitados, juzgados o rechazados.<\/p><p>En el coraz\u00f3n del Focusing se encuentra el <em>felt sense<\/em> (sensaci\u00f3n sentida): una experiencia corporal, que contiene un significado impl\u00edcito a\u00fan no formulado con palabras.<\/p><p>Desde esta perspectiva:<\/p><ul><li>El cuerpo es un proceso vivo que sabe cosas importantes sobre nosotros de las que quiz\u00e1s todav\u00eda no hemos tomado consciencia.<\/li><li>La experiencia interna necesita ser recibida, escuchada y acompa\u00f1ada.<br \/>Buscamos crear una relaci\u00f3n interna segura con lo que va apareciendo en nuestro interior.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div claramente entre:<\/p><ul><li>La experiencia (sensaciones f\u00edsicas, emociones, pensamientos)<\/li><li>Y el \u201cYo\u201d que est\u00e1 con esa experiencia<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div data-particle_enable=\"false\" data-particle-mobile-disabled=\"false\" class=\"elementor-element
